Core drilling is 100 percent vibration free technique to drill holes through RCC structures using diamond drill bits. This is a dust free, quiet and capable of cutting thro steel reinforcement with little difficulty. Unlike rotary drilling, there is no vibration in core drilling and consequently, no structural damage because reinforcing rods are not loosened. Core drill can be made upto 600 mm dia and 5 mt deep.
