Retrofitting Services for Stronger, Safer, and Smarter Structures
Retrofitting is the process of upgrading existing buildings and infrastructure to improve safety, performance, and functionality, whether it’s restoring damaged elements, enhancing load-carrying capacity, or adapting structures to meet new usage requirements and modern codes, these processes ensure long-term reliability. Using advanced techniques such as carbon fiber wrapping, steel plate bonding, high-performance micro concrete, and precision cutting, we reinforce and rejuvenate structures without compromising their functionality or aesthetics. From increasing earthquake resistance to extending service life, our solutions are tailored to make structures stronger, safer, and ready for the future.
SERVICES
Carbon & Glass Fibre Wrapping
A high-strength reinforcement method where structural elements are wrapped with carbon or glass fibre fabrics bonded with epoxy resins. This improves load-carrying capacity, ductility, and resistance to seismic and environmental stresses without adding significant weight.
Carbon Laminates
Carbon laminates comprises of high strength pull-formed, pre-cured carbon fibre & epoxy ready to use composite laminate strips. These laminate strips are adhered to the reinforced concrete element surface using either a layer of a thixotropic epoxy paste or embedded in high build epoxy mortar.
Micro Concreting
A repair technique using specially formulated, non-shrink, high-strength micro concrete to restore damaged or deteriorated concrete sections. It flows easily into formwork and around reinforcement, providing a durable structural repair without vibration.
Steel Plate Bonding
A strengthening method where steel plates are adhesively bonded or bolted to concrete members to increase load capacity and reduce deflection. Commonly used for beams, columns, and slabs in industrial and infrastructure projects.
Corrosion Rebar Treatment
A protective process to clean, repair, and coat reinforcing steel (rebar) affected by corrosion. It prevents further rusting, restores bond strength with concrete, and extends the service life of the structure.
Epoxy & PU Injection Systems
Pressure-injecting epoxy or polyurethane resins into cracks and voids in concrete. Epoxy injections restore structural integrity by bonding cracked sections, while PU (polyurethane) injections provide flexible, watertight sealing against leaks.
Crack Repairs
Targeted treatment of visible and hidden cracks in concrete or masonry to prevent water ingress, corrosion, and further deterioration. Methods include epoxy filling, stitching, routing and sealing, or grouting, depending on crack type and severity.
Shotcreting
The process of spraying concrete or mortar at high velocity onto a surface using compressed air. Ideal for repairing large areas, strengthening slopes, lining tunnels, or rehabilitating deteriorated concrete surfaces with excellent bonding.
